Olivia launched Impactful in 2022 as an impact-centred innovation consultancy. Olivia is passionate about generating opportunities for businesses to grow in a way that also drives social and environmental change.
Prior to launching Impactful, Olivia was a lead venture architect at BCG Digital Ventures (specialist division of the Boston Consulting Group) in the San Francisco and New York offices. While at BCGDV, she designed and launched digital startups in a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, retail, energy and the social sector.
Olivia is a graduate of Stanford University, where she majored in legal history with a secondary focus on human-centred design at the Stanford d.school. During her time at Stanford, she founded YCore, a social venture which mobilises young professionals to make meaningful contribution in their communities. YCore has scaled to multiple states across the United States and has mobilised hundreds of young professionals since it was founded.
In her spare time, Olivia loves to find and surf waves along Victoria’s coast, practice yoga, and travel.
